About me
Who is Bianca?
My love for cooking started at a very young age and professionally it began at the age of 15,when I started working in an Italian pizzeria. After finishing my secondary education, I decided to follow my passion and enrolled in a chef training course to turn my extensive experience into professional qualifications.
A car accident threw my plans into disarray and gave me a new perspective. With the insurance payout, I decided to sell everything and go on a trip around the world. For two and a half years, I worked as a chef in the most fantastic places, with Cape Town as the absolute highlight.
This journey, which ended when I became pregnant with my son, mygreatest source of inspiration. With the flavours and techniques I have gained worldwide, I ensure that my dishes have that little extra.

The emergence of Bianca's restaurant
My culinary journey began at the age of 15 in an Italian pizzeria, where my love for food and the profession was truly ignited. After my professional chef training, an unexpected turn in life led to a fantastic world trip, during which I refined my skills as a chef at beautiful locations such as Cape Town.
This inspiration from all corners of the world I brought to Hondón de los Frailes, where I opened the doors of Restaurant Bianca’s.
